TY Gunfrost is the cow we bought at the 2009 Texas Longhorn Legacy Sale in Fort Worth. She comes from the Rex Mosser herd.
If you are looking for a cow that can produce look no further. She has a bull sired by Superbowl named Super Lee who won all three classes at the Horn Showcase in 08. Her last bull calf sired by Feisty Lee Jr. has 27.25 TTT @ 10 months and is on track to make a huge horned herd sire. Gunfrost currently has a heifer calf at side sired by Dreammaker 1 CF4. She will go into our embroy program this spring and summer. If you can't get excited about a cow like this then your in the wrong breed.
We will do some embryo transfers in hopes of getting a whole herd of heifers like this cow!! She is now safe at her new home with our partners JBR Longhorns in Kansas (Home, Kansas).
